8. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for use by dental clinics and their authorized representatives, not for direct use by individual patients, especially children. Therefore, it is not intended for individuals under the age of 17. BioDent Myanmar Co., Ltd. does not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 17 years of age. Dental clinics and their representatives are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained all necessary consents for any patient information, including that of minors, entered into the App.
